How to Hire Developers That Don't Work Out
I think it's a fantastic thing to outsource or like to work with people over a long period of time, you can get cheaper rates and they understand what you want. You don't have to train them over and over again. When you want to grow your team, you just ask them, who else should I get and they'll help you grow your team? And so I think it is a process of trial and error. Once you find people that you like working with, they will stick with you because you don't really mind the excess pay that you have to give them for their services.
