The Power of Mindset

Sally Kohn: There's a lot of wisdom in this that we can all learn from. The first thing is the, the power of mindset because your colleagues had at that time, they said, listen, I know my value and my value is more than what I'm currently earning. And so have to understand that mindset in order to overcome it. We have to think differently about it. If you really don't know that there is another way to think, then you wouldn't even know that a change needs to be made.
