The Supreme Court Is Too Important an Institution for Its Decisions to Be Resolved
The Supreme Court is simply too important an institution for its decisions to be resolved, particularly when matters are new. The real influences in these cases are the political atmospherics on the one hand, and then there's this huge aim of security eye culture. I would say the backwards situation is very, very unhappy. But the forward questions that we worried about the Supreme Court will not dwell on this case because we don't have a victim or scandal.
