Democritus Theory of Change

On page 17, popper flashes out palmanite's theory of no change. Even so, one might consider einstein's four dimensional spacetime as being a theory of nochange. All parts space, time, past and future are there equally real. That we experience change is just an artefact of our consciousness - not about physical reality. The observer just becomes aware of the different space times that we're always there and are unchanging.
