The Importance of Object Maps
When you were running those first sessions with the client, did they have any previous experience with this methodology? Did they have ever seen an object map before? Never, never. It was all new. I kind of did the 30,000 foot view of here's what an object map is. There's what all the pieces are. You know, we've got the objects in each of these Trello lanes. We've got the core content, the metadata, the object relationships, the capabilities. And he really took to it. They had very positive things to say about the experience afterward.
