The Most Successful Data Products Are Simple, Right?

The most successful products I've seen in this space, they're dead simple. A couple taps as little friction as it needs to be. And then kind of offer progressive disclosure if someone wants to go deeper. The main thing is just know the user, right? So if you've done this work too as an analyst, you have a lot of built-in empathy for the user.
