I make homemade pizza dough and all the different toppings. I try to make all different kinds of unique fancy things, whether you're rehydrating certain kinds of mushrooms or making a good sauce. It could be throwing as many veggies as you can without having it fall over and cooking them out all at the right temperature because that's really tricky to do. So fairly simple dishes in the sense, but I like to add complexity in certain areas. The creative part of cooking is so different from and disconnected from the actual business of food and restaurants.
