If you just try stuff without expectation, you're much more likely to learn from what your failures and actually get to something that is closer to perfect than if you just tried for perfect straightway. We all know that we've forced a movie that we didn't think twas going to be good that ends up being amazing. And same with restaurants. There's lots of things that you just have to try without any expectations, and youw'll suddenly surprise yourself how well you've done something.
Stop getting caught up and blocked by the concept of "perfect". Get into the flow and build momentum that unlocks your true creativity.
