The book is a list of 365 ideas grouped into 12, 13 different ind eseen eric chapters. There's probably two different approaches people might be considering when going through the book. I think i haven't written this like a ryan holiday book, in o'brian holiday's daily stoics. And if we're sitting in a coffee shop, you know there's quite a few human stories that are recurrent. We're all different to have a good day. What i need to have agood day is going to be different to each person.
