The Practice of Breathing Practice
Instead of focusing on the entire breath, there are two traditional points used from which to watch the breath. One of them is the inside of the tip of the nose where you are like a gatekeeper and each in-breath passes by with the slightest breath or air against the receptors. Now we're going to intensify the practice by narrowing the focus. You would maybe silently say to yourself for a while with each in-Breath to keep your focus breathing in and then with the out-breath you'd say breathing out. So you'd feel the sensation on your upper lip and on the inside ofyour nose.
