The Cool Slang of PID

The two Curtis is actually a really interesting one because I think there's a lot of misconception that when someone has PID and they have the two Curtis, you actually have liver involvement on a cellular level. So again, we don't want to anchor on that diagnosis because PID is so easy to diagnose. It's kind of easy to think that everything under the sun is PID. But really keeping your differential broad, thinking about all of the different things that could be going on and not chalking up all of thedifferent pathology that you see in a patient just to PID.
