You have to do all this due diligence before you sign on the dotted line and say, ok, i'm going to take this thing over. And that's why you have the covenants afterwards. We were fortunatouh to do this. So we got the jim at half price. Got honestly like, we we, you know, a because they only delivered on half the members. Now, when we did our own audit, they were like, oh, yes, that's right. Like, that's what's actually happening.
