The Importance of Reframing Jenny's Mindset

Jenny: I just remember wanting to make sure that they liked me, that they fell in love with me. April: You've got to turn that energy toward the other person because guess what, Jenny? Guys are sitting there and they're doing that self-eval too. They're sitting there thinking, am I cute enough? Do I have enough money in the bank? Like, is my hair okay? And you know, am I funny enough? Am I smart enough? Everybody's sitting there having conversations with themselves thinking that they have to perform or that you have to be your best self. It's not California, LA. There's just a difference because now you're post college
