The OECD released a number of documents related to the global anti base erosion rules, otherwise known as pillar two. The safe harbor and penalty relief document is one that we're going to focus on today. We'll also talk about the public consultation document called the pillar to globe information return - which I challenge may be a bit of a misnomer.
