The Mystery of Groundwater

In the 1960s, US Geological Survey was drilling about 40 miles off the coast of New Jersey and they struck fresh water. The mystery is how did fresh rainwater make its way underneath the ocean? Rob Evans has been studying these mysterious pools of fresh water since the 90s. He believes there are probably a few different ways the water gets there.
