Cakes - Seven Times, Is It Really Easy?

It was a tricky recipe to develop, one of the most tricky recipes i have developed. It needed a lot of testing to insure that the brownie layer didn't dry out in the time it takes to cook the moranges. With moranges you cook them at quite a low temperature for a long period of time so you get that lovely crisp shew on the outside. So yet, it was a tricky one, but now i've nailed it.
