Nietzsche's Criticism of Atomism

It's a bizarre idea to think that smaller units of matter somehow get you closer to understanding the basics of reality. That is not the relevant scale of matter to consider, to really understand matter. If you were to find something that is truly indivisible, that really is what Nietzsche is criticizing when he's criticizing atomism. He's not criticizing the idea that people read this passage today and they're like we can look at an electron microscope and see atoms.
