Is There a Broader Mind Shift in Leadership?

Pesil: We need to move away from shorterm relationships to long term relationships. This is why we don't want to pay by the day, and this is why we give people social benefits. If i open for you a college savings account for your kid, who is in all five, that's a real long term thinking. So it's not about just moneys. Not that every time does a dollar involve it's negative. It's about the fact that we want to shift our motivation from long term contracts to from shoreterm contracts to long term contracts.
