Step one is to identify who are maybe you and maybe a cohort of people around you, who are the champions of trying to do something different. And then I think step two is in order to look around you and consider the conditions to be fertile for you to run to do something forward thinking. Now we're at the next step, which is what do we actually think is the size of bet that we want to place here? Like is this a company? Is my team or my company one that wants to go big? Or do we want to start small? Usually the advice is think big and then start small, right? like that's quite a well-coiled phrase.
