The Three Layers of Willing in God

Hyperwrite or says, here's the third example of these two layers or levels or kinds of willing in God. Here's another example. In Ezekiel 33 11, God says, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Yet God often in the Bible justly takes the life of the wicked. And there is none that can deliver out of my hand due to our enemy 32, 39. How pause there? What responses do you have now?
