I Like Wine, but I Can't Drink It Fast. It's Too Much

In order for it to be certified by a dynamic, you have to bury an ox's skull. The way to make by a dynamic wine is mad and involves moon cycles. You also have to buried anOx's skull beneath the way you grow the grapes. And they say that the smell of a biodynamic wine and often a natural wine is of the farm,. which basically means it smells a bit shit. Like it smells pooey. It hasn't had cell fights and all of that. I love it. We've been drinking a lot of natural wine, though, James. Is it less alcohol than yours? I like a lovely old rubina.
