The Question of Circumcision in the Jewish Community

i'm thinking about this on a few levels. What is the jewish sort of official, and i put that in quotations, but what is like, the official jewish position on circumcisionrthat like inherited rate? And it's pretty clear, i think, that the official position is, a, you should do it, but b, if you don't do it, you're still a jew You're not actually not allowed to do anything other than eat the passover sacrifice. I am also think about the question of circumcision itself, not so much is it right or wrong, just more like that question of, like, what would i do if, if i were in this position
