The Effects of Jacks on Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer

Can you postulate any mechanism of action why Jack might increase non melanoma skin cancer or solid or other cancers in particular? Yeah so that's that's something we certainly looked into. The most convincing mechanism was an effect on NK cell maturation also tumalitis capacity as well. There are likely multiple things pulling in different directions but NK cell sort of inhibition was one thing that particularly stood out when we looked through the literature and that's important because I think the jacks have differential effects on NK cell.
