I think it's very good to first have, like, you know, this psychological, I don't know, like bandwidth to first deal with it in the first place or be somewhat immune against it. If we train better autonomic control, and if we trainbetter autonomic resilience, what people are going to find secondarily is that their fuse is going to become a lot longer. And when they gain better emotional regulation and autonomic nervous system regulation, they feel more fulfilled and they feel less vulnerable around others.
