Unite's Leverage Approach to Strike Ready Workplaces
Unite have been doing this for a little while, kind of pioneered this approach. They call leverage, which essentially takes the company like go ahead and it forensically breaks down where the union is able to find leverage by looking at the company as a whole. It goes much deeper than just naming and shaming, although that can be a byproduct. Shangram has been very clear that this is kind of a strike plus approach. You don't want to use this to kind of bypass a need for a strike and you want to have a strike ready workplace.
