In a lot of ways, africa is reminiscent of what china was like in the late seventies and early eighties. I recently read this very interesting, a dutch language, an account of travelling in china and in the mid eighties by the the journalist adion von des. Like he, he keeps complaining at that stage about chinai so so slow. Everythn nothing works. Like everything. So, you know, it's so kind of lacadaisical, like no one has any any drive, like, no no businesss work because, of untrabernereal spirit.
