How is mindfulness meditation changing the brain that's driving all of these health benefits? We've been building out what we call a stress buffering account, really saying that if you look at something like substance abuse disorders, chronic pain, the immune system, they're all highly stress sensitive. And one of the questions we've had is just like, well, how do all these health benefits occur? It has to be driven by the brain.
