There was a drop of 38 calories per day in the diet break ere the refeed group, i'm sorry, and drop of 78 in the continuous group. So you could look at that and say, ok, it looks like this is leaning in favor of the refeeds group,. But it's not really a, a slam dunk rite. It's not a huge magnitude of effect. And one thing that's really important to high light here, these are people who were lean individuals, but not shredded.
