The Human Interaction in Your Organization
New zealand is incredibly privileged in this space at the moment, because that physical interaction has disappeared. We've got to be far, far more aware of the human interactions in our organization and we have to make time for them. It is about building a compassion when you are in those conversations and in those moments. The good remote is where there is focused attention on the human interaction in your organization. The bad ramote is often where they haven't made a structured attempt to build that into stuff that's now very process driven.
