In South Korea the biggest export is human hair. There are very few successes of industrial planning that we've seen you know Taiwanese semiconductor industries like one of them. India in addition to that also had this license permit system right and this comes directly from Mahal and Obis' plan. The domestic producers were always hobbled right. It was always like they were running the race with one leg tied right or on crutches Because there was a domestic massive tax that was imposed because of the permit rushright. So I think most planning will hurt GDP growth form but the Indian version just really devastated private enterprise.
