The Importance of Having a Great Operator
I didn't have any insight to how they had done before on projects. How do I know if they're good with money, right? Even if the deal was was actually a legitimate deal, what if they were bad with money? So the operator is so important and it's the thing that we did not understand and it came back to buy this. And man, I'm hopeful that this is being something that you're picking up from us that man, there's a lot more that it takes to become a better investor.
