How to Build an Organization

I'm really good at being present and answering questions. But if you give me work that I have to go do in private alone, it's not going to happen. My first thing is to grab someone who can help. That's how I did my book: I hired somebody and I met with them one hour a week for several months. And then a book came out. Yeah. It's so helpful to understand how we're built.
