Shadowdark RPG - A Guide to Dungeons and Exploration

The Shadowdark RPG has a heavy focus on dungeon delving and exploration of dangerous places. The idea of lighting mattering, encumbrance, the heavy focus on equipment really kind of makes it almost like a board game. I would not recommend static monster damage for Shadowdark because it's so swingy that you want to roll those dice to see what they're going to do. You could also do average hit points if you wanted.
