With an ACL reconstruction, what they tend to do for a long time is somehow favor that leg. So you'll see that people will tend to bias the hip and not bias the knee when they're running or walking. The argument there is that that is somehow problematic because if you're underloading something maybe it's not getting a stimulus to adapt. But I just don't know why it's inherently problematic unless it's a symptom of something else.
