Is Happiness Oversold?
Happiness is oversold, and it's quite fleeting that we s moments of happiness. I don't think i even really search for joy any more. I just hope and trust those moments will be scattered throughout whenever my life. But actually, what i'm searching for is to feel ok. And then that is the most, you know, robust foundation for whatever else happens in that day. So as long as i'm feeling grounded, then i'm good. Joy can happen. When it happens, i'm not going to try and strive for it or be desperate for happiness or joy. It's just feeling ok.
