The Vote on the National Defense Authorization Act

In the last Congress, I tried to pass this by unanimous consent. If nobody objects, it passes. So we had a vote on it. Do you know what the vote was? What was it? 85 to 14. We won by a massive margin. And so that's now part of the National Defense Authorization Act when this bill passes into law,. The Obama administration will no longer be able to sell oil from the strategic petroleum reserve to China and Russia or to North Korea or Iran.
