Nicholas Rossi: A Positive Force for Change

Nicholas Alivertian was adopted by David Rossi when he was eight years old. The two fell in love in a Rhode Island nightclub where David sang hits like, After the Love and So I sing in a sleep. Nicholas would threaten his adoptive father with threats of violence before attacking him at school. He ended up being institutionalized several times but nothing seemed to work. A state rep considered adopting him then decided against it after hearing about abuse allegations involving other children.
