How to Reduce Friction in Your Organization

An example of an idea that you got from somebody who is very unlike you. I've done this a little bit with real estate companies that specialize in the building and structuring of shopping malls. We notice that people will be shopping and then they'll abandon their carts without actually buying what they've clearly spent time putting together into the cart. What can we do to fix the problem? And so one of the things we did as a result of that was to put in fairly inexpensive little jungle gyms in the center of shopping mall.
