How to Watch a Film in English

Sometimes in the first 10 minutes of a film I really do not know what's happening. You don't know who these characters are and you don't know your next move. It all depends kind of where you're at in your language learning so if you're more kind of intermediate, you could watch it dubbed like if you're not that confident let's say. If you're starting to get into the whole connected speech thing and trying to understand that yeah you might want to watch it dubbed into your language first and then come back to it in English with or without subtitles. The key here though no matter what you're watching is repetition but you can just go one step further by doing some work
