The state is the only thing that holds a loadial title. So you can be eminent domain because that's the right of the state. All this other stuff is it comes from a time that I don't think really ever existed, which was a time when all men were free. And we didn't go on until after the Brits' ownership of land for a long time. But then even later with federal purchases and then public lands started to be implemented. That's when this pattern started to generate their land. It was never for the people; it was always for the government.
