i see people's lack of knowledge of the gear keep them trapped into thinking that they have to spend money, often big money, to get the sound that they want. I mentioned my friend chad, whom we gave 300 dollars to to prove that you don't need insane gear to pull off a high quality sound. And i believe in so much as musicians, sometimes the limitation breeds innovation. Get some gear out and just start twisting knobs. Twist the ones on the amp, on the guitar, whatever miht thing, get wild. Who knows what you'll find. Give all his music a listen to. He's a fount of wisdom, and his songs carry that heart too
