How to Avoid an Injury When Lifting

I would rather lift after okay, and I would want to get a meal in between. If you're looking at this Probably jujitsu is your forte more so than you're using the lifting to assist with the jujitsu. You can't do it on the same day if you're not used to that type of lifting. The first two weeks are kind of like my adjustment It gives me a chance to go a little bit lighter in the exercises. Don't push yourself too hard because you don't want to be sore from it next day or whatever.
