The North and the South: A Comparison

In the 19-19, there were certain books that the north would improve and growth rates would grow up. But you see politics in the rain. The 1990s were a period of identity politics which led to a short-term government with very little long-term policies. So we find that in the 1990s, these states did not make a move forward. Some of the smaller states, like Dora and Margin Pudid, et cetera, would have moved forward. Even some parts of Bihar have improved after its religion.
