How to Interview for a Job

Interviewers need to think like the interviewer. Think about them. What is their situation? Their situation, they have lots of people coming. They want to find the best person. But what's the problem for them? The problem is they know everybody is telling them only good things. So even the bad people are all trying to sound good. Some interviewers will try to cause stress for you because they think they can get you to talk more and to say more truth. That's why they might not look friendly. It looks like they don't like you. Why? They're trying to cause stress. And in the job club, we will talk about job interviewing, getting new jobs.
