How Do You Feel When You Say Congratulations?

E, no, i don't. I often feel a bit uneasy about it. It's sort of related tooi i think it's a similar sense of unease when people say, what were you most proud of, proud of last year? Or, oh, you must be really proudof of you've done. And i've never quite been able to explain it.
