I think it varies greatly um there's no sort of one-size-fits-all answer to that because we have had cases like Liz has talked about where it's only come to light for following a drink driving events. Sometimes the nature of the illness is actually sometimes a crisis is needed for people to to actually seek help and that can be that can be therapy dick in it in itself and it can be life-changing so sometimes can be a lot of good to come out of come out of that
