Politico describes mounting anger in Europe over American subsidies that threatened to wreck European industry. An unnamed EU official said, the country that is most profiting from this war is the U.S. because they are selling more gas and at higher prices than other countries. And some of them are even now challenging the whole concept of the transatlantic U.S.-Europe alliance.
