How to Say No to Everything You Don't Want to Do

I want to do what I want to do is a classic expression of freedom for me. But then when you go beyond that because you have a degree of freedom, you're doing to I've been arrested and I'm going to guess what you want to do. And now you've got to say, what do I do all of that? Or do I say yes to something so I can do it really well and say no to other stuff? Saying no, probably one of the hardest things.
