There was this building boom going on in the country that suddenly came to a standstill. And then what ended up happening was people that were trying to sell the CDS's and the ABS's and the CMO's saw all the shit that they should have sold, but there were no bitches. So you couldn't sell them. They panicked. What did they sell? They sold what they could. It happened around the world because this whole US financial housing crisis. A lot of it by Lima brothers, by the way, which was also part of the problem.
