Dave moore, cousin of roger and gus, with a multi million dollar spread. Dave's stepdaughter had once been married to paul. In 19 97, paul was arrested on four counts related to tapping both his wife's and inlaw's phones. He pleaded guilty to one count of electronic eavesdropping,. The other charges were dropped, and paul served no jail time.
